Job Description

Encanto Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (IT) to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key accounts for our IT services in the Indore region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for IT services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and recommend IT solutions
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth execution
• Maintain CRM records and regular sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
• Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
