Job Overview:

As a Product Designer I, you will work alongside our team to create user-centric designs that delight and inspire. From wireframes to high-fidelity UI, you’ll be hands-on in the design process, creating functional and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you’ll have the chance to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers, founders, and fellow designers to create solutions that meet client needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are both functional and visually stunning.
• Gather and apply user feedback to ensure a seamless, user-centric design.
• Help build and maintain a design system for consistency across all projects.
• Contribute bold, creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to shape apps, websites, and digital experiences.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality results on time.

Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Strong skills on Figma.
• A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and overall UX principles.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple design tasks while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of or experience with user research.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows.
