Role Description:

Video Editor

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of professional experience in video editing (agency or brand side)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools are a

  plus

• Strong understanding of video structure, pacing, transitions, and sound design
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their video formats
• A good eye for storytelling, design, and current content trends
• Ability to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
• Bonus: Experience editing ad creatives, brand content, or UGC-style videos

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content across platforms: reels, shorts, ads, promos, and more
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Cut raw footage into compelling narratives aligned with brand tone and goals
• Optimize videos for various formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms
• Source and sync music, SFX, and other visual/audio elements
• Stay updated on editing trends, effects, and viral formats
• Organize and manage assets, timelines, and project files efficiently
• Maintain quality and consistency across all video outputs
