Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic and international tourism sector.
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Handle end-to-end operations of bookings, including itinerary planning, cost estimation, and execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in
sales and operations
within the travel/tourism industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both
domestic and international travel products
.
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
