We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales and operations within the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and promoting domestic and international travel packages. This role involves travel for client meetings, market research, and business expansion activities. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic and international tourism sector. Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Handle end-to-end operations of bookings, including itinerary planning, cost estimation, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in sales and operations within the travel/tourism industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle both domestic and international travel products . Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
