Role Summary:


Business Development Executive/ Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for customized software development (web, mobile, desktop, products).

  • Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, closing deals, and handover to the delivery team.

  • Meet clients in person, conduct need analysis, and present tailored solutions.

  • Follow up diligently to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Maintain and update lead status and client interactions.
  • Work closely with management to define growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or marketing/IT background preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry.
  • Note - Experience in Software Sales is a must.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for in-person meetings (own vehicle preferred)



Preferred Skills:


  • Proven ability to sell software products and IT Services to business clients.


Compensation


  • Base Salary: Competitive (e.g., ₹25,000–40,000 per month depending on experience).
  • Target Revenue Expectation: 5× of base salary per month (e.g., if salary ₹30,000, expected revenue = ₹1.5 Lakh/month).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for surpassing monthly targets.
  • Competitive salary + performance incentives, and an opportunity to own equity/shares in the company.
