Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree is a plus. Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage. Work Schedule: Willingness to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
