Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Caller, located in Nagpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, answering inquiries about services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves communicating company offerings and gathering customer information to enhance service delivery. Other tasks include following up on leads and assisting with client relation efforts.
