Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for communicating with clients and prospects, answering inquiries, providing information about services, and scheduling appointments. The role includes maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and supporting the sales and event management teams by building and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and address their inquiries effectively. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to engage prospective clients and encourage service bookings. Organizational skills to manage schedules, follow-ups, and customer databases efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools or other relevant software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred for better communication with local clients. Previous experience in customer support, sales, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
