Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller at Sui Generis Residency, located in Gurugram, India. The primary responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing information to customers about real estate, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Caller will also engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and relay feedback to appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
• Proficiency in handling phone communications, maintaining professionalism and clarity
• Attention to detail and accuracy while managing customer records
• Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Previous experience in a customer service or related role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be considered an asset
