The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to assist prospective students, provide accurate information about the university’s programs, assist with inquiries, and support the admissions process. Additionally, the role entails documenting call-related information, following up with inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth communication workflow. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills to answer queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively Proficiency in interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals Basic computer skills including MS Office and data entry proficiency Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate call records and documentation Ability to manage time productively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service or telecommunication experience is an advantage Knowledge of academic programs and admissions processes is preferred Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Hindi, is desirable
