We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, customer payments, and plot-related accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily books of accounts and financial statements. Handle plot-wise accounting, payment tracking, and customer ledger management. Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation. Prepare allotment-related invoices, receipts, and documentation for plot buyers. Manage GST, TDS, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management summaries. Track project expenses, land acquisition payments, and brokerage pay-outs. Maintain proper documentation for plot files, agreements, and customer records. Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, dues, and receipts. Support internal and external audits with required financial documentation. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred. 5–8 years of experience in accounting (Real Estate/Plot Sales experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software. Understanding of real estate finance, GST, TDS, and legal compliance. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Good communication skills for customer and vendor coordination. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
