Female - Graduate with minimum of 2 years of experience in any corporate in handling the Secretarial position required. Must be able to manage the Directors Office Must be able to schedule the meetings and organize the work flow Must handle the visitors and travel arrangements Handle files and confidentiality Assist in preparing the documents, spreedsheets and organise the data for presentation Prepare notes and keep track of the assigned tasks for the teams Must be an expert in MS Office and tools like social media and others Work from T. Nagar, Chennai - Monday through Saturday - 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Additional Skills and Attributes - Experience with tensile testers, spectrophotometers, or chromatographs - Knowledge of software tools used in lab instruments - Basic understanding of networking and connectivity for equipment integration - Certification in instrument calibration or maintenance is a plus - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines Key Responsibilities include - Installation and Commissioning of Testing Equipment - Maintenance and Repair of Testing Equipment - Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients - Prepare & Maintain Service Records for installation and maintenance - Collect feedback from clients - Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure instruments meet regulatory standards
