Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Junior/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing other accounting tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial projections and reports

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals

- Process employee expenses, including reimbursements and advances

- Assist in preparing tax returns and other statutory compliance reports

- Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including answering queries and resolving issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
