Role Summary:


Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for customized software solutions (web, mobile, desktop).
  • Identify business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Update lead status and sales reports in CRM.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve targets.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or marketing/IT background preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, in the IT Industry.
  • Freshers with a strong interest or willingness to build a career in sales are also welcome to apply for the Sales Executive role
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for in-person meetings (own vehicle preferred)

  • Proven ability to sell software products and IT Services to business clients.
