About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition efforts, manage key accounts, and contribute to strategic business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close high-value business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base and market presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas
• Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
• Mentor junior BDEs and support them in achieving team targets
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution

Skills & Experience Required:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• CRM knowledge and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently
