Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at our facility in Kuha, Ahmedabad. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Responsibilities include coordinating with transportation providers, managing dispatch schedules, monitoring delivery statuses, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. The Dispatch Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and do the overall supervising. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Dispatching experience Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Proficiency in dispatch and logistics software is a plus High organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in the packaging or logistics industry is beneficial
