Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align on strategy and support client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, IT services, finance, real estate, etc.].
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social selling.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to region or target market).
