Job Description

About the Role

Senior Business Development Executive with strong SaaS experience

You’ll work closely with product and marketing teams to position our HRMS platform as the preferred solution for digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective clients such as SMEs, enterprises, and HR consulting firms
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
Deeply understand customer pain points (attendance, payroll, onboarding, performance, ESS, etc.) and map them to product solutions
Collaborate with the product team to provide actionable feedback from clients and the market
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs, and Founders
Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate sales reports
Work with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns and conversion strategies
Drive upsell and cross-sell across modules (Payroll, T&A, PMS, Onboarding, Travel, Assets, etc.)
Represent the company at HR tech events, webinars, and partner meetings
Mentor junior BDEs and support team development

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–6 years of proven experience in
SaaS or HRMS sales
(B2B preferred)
Strong understanding of HR workflows and software buying cycles
Experience conducting product demos and consultative selling
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfort working with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and target-driven approach
