This hybrid role requires strong analytical skillsand expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to drive business success and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Analyze businessprocesses and identifyareas for improvement within the OracleCloud HCM environment Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop and maintain OC HCM Tools-Reports to support businessdecision-making Utilize OC HCM Tools-Fast Formulato create and optimize formulasfor efficient data processing Implement and manage OC HCM Fun-CoreHR functionalities to ensure smoothHR operations Oversee Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll processes to ensureaccurate and timely payroll execution Provide technicalsupport and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM applications Conduct regular systemaudits to ensuredata integrity and compliance Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless integration of HCM solutions Monitor systemperformance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency Train and mentor junioranalysts on Oracle Cloud HCM tools and best practices Document processes and create user guides for Oracle Cloud HCM applications Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM featuresand functionalities to drive innovation.
