Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst I, you will work with one or more business units to support moderately complex projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets. Your role will primarily involve gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, researching best practices, and identifying process improvements and functional specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for automation projects. - Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. - Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) state processes. - Document functional and non-functional requirements for automation solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business requirements and objectives. - Serve as a liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input, share progress, and obtain buy-in from stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Process Excellence community to maintain continuous engagement. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically. - Proficient in process mapping, documentation, and analysis tools. - Strong focus on data-driven analysis to improve decision making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work independently and take the lead on initiatives with minimal supervision. - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for effective presentations and reporting. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Proven experience in business process management (BPM) and/or process automation in the context of transformation projects.
