Hiring: Business Analyst – E-Commerce Logistics (Aggregator Experience Required) 📍 Remote | India 🕒 Full-time We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to e-commerce logistics platforms and multi-courier ecosystems. Preferred Background Candidates who have worked at: Shiprocket, Pickrr, GoKwik, NimbusPost, iThink Logistics, Delhivery (Tech Ops), Shipway, ClickPost —or any shipping aggregator / logistics tech platform. Role Overview You will work closely with product & engineering teams to: Map shipping workflows Analyse courier integrations (API & non-API) Document operational processes Improve NDR/RTO, COD and billing flows Define requirements for order, shipment and tracking systems Identify gaps in existing logistics workflows This is a core BA role focused on shipping operations, courier integrations, and workflow design . What You Bring 2–6 years experience in logistics tech or shipping aggregators Strong understanding of order → label → pickup → delivery → returns lifecycle Experience with courier APIs / status codes / billing files Exposure to COD, RTO, NDR and weight dispute processes Ability to write BRDs, process diagrams and feature documentation Cross-functional collaboration with Product + Engineering Why Join Work on large-scale logistics problems Exposure to modern tech workflows Fast-moving, product-driven environment Opportunity to influence system architecture & workflows
