Education & Experience: MBA in Finance with a Graduate degree in Technology OR MBA in IT with a Graduate degree in Finance. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Key Skills: Data Analysis & Visualization Product Backlog Management Scrum & Agile Methodologies Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Strong Analytical & Presentation Skills US Capital Market Knowledge Financial Knowledge Required: Sound understanding of financial terms, ratio analysis, financial statements, revenue and cost drivers of a company. Knowledge of capital markets would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Drive the planning, design, development, and rollout of new product features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyse and optimize business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define solutions aligned with business goals. Prepare detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , Functional Specifications (FSD) , and Technical Specifications (SPEC) . Write structured Epics , Features , and User Stories adhering to Agile/Scrum practices. Participate in system architecture discussions during both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) phases, including wireframing and prototyping. Conduct comprehensive GAP Analysis to assess process and system discrepancies. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency. Support periodic application testing, validate business logic, and recommend enhancements. Act as a liaison between product, development, QA, and stakeholder teams, ensuring smooth and timely project deliveries.
