Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technology teams to analyze, document, and validate business requirements within the

  General Insurance (Property & Casualty) domain .( Preferred US Market )

• Work closely with AI/ML teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and process optimization.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions such as claims automation, risk scoring, underwriting intelligence, and customer analytics.
• Conduct requirement workshops, impact analysis, and gap assessments for business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use cases.
• Support data preparation, model validation, and testing for

  AI models to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

• Act as a liaison between

  insurance operations, IT, data science, and AI team

  s, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Provide insights and domain expertise to enhance digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain awareness of

  emerging AI trends in insurance and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7 - 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the

  General Insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).

• Hands-on experience with policy administration, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and billing systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML projects such as predictive analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), chatbots, or automation in insurance processes.
• Strong understanding of

  US insurance market regulations, data models, and workflows.

• Experience in working with

  US-based clients or global delivery models.

• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
