In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our IoT products and services meet high standards of quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Analysis: ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IoT solutions. ● Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and use cases. ● Conduct meetings to elicit requirements and validate findings with stakeholders. 2. Functional Testing: ● Execute test cases based on requirements and functional specifications. ● Perform manual testing of IoT applications and systems to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. ● Identify, document, and track defects and issues; work with development teams to facilitate resolution. ● Validate that solutions function correctly in various scenarios, including integration with other systems and hardware. 3. Documentation and Reporting: ● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and business requirement documents. ● Prepare and present test results and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. 4. Collaboration and Support: ● Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. ● Provide support and guidance during the implementation phase, including user acceptance testing and post-deployment validation. 5.Continuous Improvement: ● Contribute to process improvements for requirement gathering, testing, and overall quality assurance. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional testing, especially within the IoT domain. Qualifications: · BTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications or any related area.· An MBA degree will be a plus· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on IoT systems and solutions.· Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies and best practices.· Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.· Knowledge of IoT technologies and platforms is a plus.
