Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in functional testing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our IoT products and services meet high standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IoT solutions.

● Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and use cases.

● Conduct meetings to elicit requirements and validate findings with stakeholders.

2. Functional Testing:

● Execute test cases based on requirements and functional specifications.

● Perform manual testing of IoT applications and systems to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

● Identify, document, and track defects and issues; work with development teams to facilitate resolution.

● Validate that solutions function correctly in various scenarios, including integration with other systems and hardware.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and business requirement documents.

● Prepare and present test results and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

4. Collaboration and Support:

● Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

● Provide support and guidance during the implementation phase, including user acceptance testing and post-deployment validation.

5.Continuous Improvement:

● Contribute to process improvements for requirement gathering, testing, and overall quality assurance.

● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional testing, especially within the IoT domain.

Qualifications: ·

• BTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications or any related area.·
• An MBA degree will be a plus·
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on IoT systems and solutions.·
• Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies and best practices.·
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.·
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.·
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.·
• Knowledge of IoT technologies and platforms is a plus.
