📌 Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Saarthi Program Location: Noida Department: Saarthi Experience: 3–8 years Type: Full-time 🧭 About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to lead insights for Saarthi—PW’s flagship mentorship and academic support initiative. You’ll work across product, ops, and academics to improve student experience, retention, and outcomes for 1L+ students and 300+ mentors. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Track student engagement (DAO, WAO, MAO) & learning journey analytics Build dashboards for mentor performance, escalation, and ops metrics Analyze NPS, feedback, and platform usage to drive improvements Support A/B tests, product experiments, and pricing/ROI evaluations Prepare weekly dashboards & strategic decks for leadership 📊 Must-Have Skills SQL, Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio/Tableau Data analysis, business storytelling, and stakeholder communication Experience in EdTech / Ops-led / CX analytics Strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity ✅ Good to Have Python (for automation/stats) Experience in user behavior analytics or B2C ops (EdTech, health-tech, etc.) Show more Show less
