Requirements

• Odoo ERP Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Odoo modules and their customization capabilities. Experience in working with clients to align business needs with Odoo functionalities.
• Business Process Analysis: Strong experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes using tools like flowcharts, UML diagrams, and use cases.
• Requirements Documentation: Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey business requirements.
• UAT & Testing Experience: Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining test scenarios, and ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.
• Change Management Expertise: Experience with change management, including user training, adoption strategies, and post-implementation support.
• Problem Solving & Process Optimization: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive system enhancements.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence) to manage requirements and track project progress.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and observations. Understand existing workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes to inform system design.
• Business Process Mapping: Map and document current and future state business processes using techniques such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications. Serve as the blueprint for configuring and customizing Odoo modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the Odoo platform.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with developers, consultants, and technical teams to clarify functional requirements, ensuring the technical solution aligns with the documented business needs during the design phase.
• UAT Support: Collaborate with end-users to define test scenarios, test cases, and expected outcomes. Validate that the solution meets business requirements and resolves the identified issues during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
• Change Management & Training: Support change management activities, including developing training materials and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Odoo. Provide ongoing support to users during and after implementation.
• Process Optimization & System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the Odoo ERP system. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and propose system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Stakeholder Communication & Updates: Communicate effectively with stakeholders (clients, project managers, technical teams, end-users), providing regular updates on project progress, requirements clarification, and issue resolution.
