Business Analyst

to lead requirements gathering, workflow optimization, and data integration for the development of a

centralized internal pipeline management platform

. This platform will streamline project tracking, automate key alerts, and enhance reporting and data analytics functionalities to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design workflows, validate data, and ensure the platform aligns with strategic goals and compliance standards.

Skills Responsibiilties

Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Analyze existing project tracking and local currency workflows
Recommend and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency
Validate data integrity during synchronization and integration with existing systems
Collaborate on defining KPIs and reporting metrics using Power BI
Conduct and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders
Act as liaison between technical teams and business users
Provide timely updates and ensure project milestone alignment

Primary Skills

Business analysis in enterprise application development (8+ years)
Financial systems experience (e.g. SAP, Loan Servicing, SUMMIT, QUANTUM)
Workflow and process automation using Microsoft Dynamics
Strong understanding of financial operations, loan repayment, and CRM swaps
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, data validation, and reporting
Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based data security standards
