Role & responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master with 2-5 years of core experience in a Scrum Master role. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and become an effective, collaborative member of our Program Management team. You will coach one to two scrum teams, with mentoring from a more senior member of Program Management, and lead scrum ceremonies, coordinate dependencies and risks, and coach your team on agile best practices.Key Responsibilities:Scrum Team Coaching: Successfully coach one to two scrum teams with mentorship from a senior Program Management member.Scrum Ceremonies: Lead scrum ceremonies for your team, ensuring they are productive and focused.Dependency and Risk Coordination: Coordinate dependencies and risks with other teams in your Program as needed.Agile Best Practices: Coach your team on agile best practices to support Program Managements mission.Communication: Clearly communicate status, blockers, and impediments, and work to facilitate their removal with your team.Self-Organization: Contribute towards improving self-organization within the team.Scrum Events: Ensure Scrum events occur as needed.Product Owner Support: Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and aligning on sprint goals.Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Manager and Development Team to ensure alignment on sprint goals. Also collaborate with the program TPM to accurately report status on team progress toward the program goals.Program Report: Communicate project status, risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Guidance and Influence: Provide guidance on Scrum practices and principles, advocate for continuous improvement, and encourage the team to experiment with new approaches.Trust and Credibility: Build trust and credibility within the team to influence decision-making.Value Delivery: Coach your team to focus on delivering value to our customers in alignment with the companys Strategy and Values. Qualifications:Experience: 5-10 years of industry experience in a Scrum Master role.Scrum/Agile Knowledge: Experienced in Scrum/Agile methodologies. Scrum Master certification is a must, other SAFe certification would be preferred but not mandatory.Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate status, blockers, and impediments in multiple formats.Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with the Product Manager, Development Team, Technical Program Manager, and other stakeholders.Impediment Remover: Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.Continuous Improvement: Advocate for continuous improvement and encourage the team to experiment with new approaches.Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies is beneficial. Domain knowledge especially like data or worked in transformation initiatives would be good and preferred.Agile Tools: Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is helpful.Reliability and Openness: Reliable, respectful, open to feedback, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with sales teams, clients, and partners to understand Solutioning requirements, translating business questions into analytical solutions.Create solution proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).Participate in sales meetings as a subject matter expert (SME).Present Affine's thought leadership through intuitive story boarding.Lead and mentor a team of Solution Analysts to meet expected SLAs.Anticipate and identify changes in industry trends to help the organization develop strategic plans.Research the latest trends in relevant analytical technologies and share knowledge within the organization.Effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal teams at all levels and across geographies.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving discussions efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the analytics industry.Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and deploying data engineering technologies, including Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms.Proficient in Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.Familiarity with machine learning and advanced AI concepts or practical experience in these areas is advantageous.Strong technical writing skills for creating required documentation.Ability to identify and contribute to projects aimed at improving services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency.Strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations and balance the needs of customers and internal teams (Sales, Pursuit, Delivery).Experience in translating business questions into analytical solutions.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and ExcelBachelor's (B.Tech.) or master's degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines
