Role Overview

Brand Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define and evolve

  overarching brand narrative

  across Eden, Halcyon, and future projects.
• Develop positioning frameworks that align with

  philosophy

  (sustainability, spirituality, intentional living) while highlighting unique project USPs.
• Convert brand direction into actionable briefs for campaigns, creative teams, and agencies.

Marketing Campaigns & Content

• Design and execute

  integrated marketing campaigns

  across digital, print, outdoor, and experiential channels.
• Lead

  brand storytelling

  for project launches, milestones, and corporate reputation initiatives.
• Ensure tone alignment across projects: Eden’s boutique calmness, Halcyon’s luxury family focus, and the parent brand’s modern identity.

Public Relations & Communications

• Build strong relationships with

  media, lifestyle publications, and industry press

  .
• Create

  thought leadership content

  around design philosophy, sustainability practices, and market trends.
• Manage

  corporate communications and crisis response

  to protect brand reputation.

Digital & Social Media

• Oversee

  digital brand strategy

  across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Lead content calendars balancing lifestyle storytelling with

  lead generation and sales enablement

  .
• Manage SEO, SEM, and digital advertising in sync with campaign objectives.

Events & Experiential Marketing

• Conceptualize and execute

  premium brand experiences

  : launches, showcases, investor meets, and community engagement events.
• Collaborate with agencies to deliver

  luxury-driven activations

  aligned with ethos.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Build partnerships with

  design, sustainability, and cultural collaborators

  to enhance brand equity.
• Work closely with sales, business development, and design teams to ensure brand campaigns deliver

  measurable results

• Manage external partners including

  creative, PR, and digital agencies

  for performance and consistency.

Analytics & Performance

• Define KPIs for

  campaigns, PR visibility, and digital engagement

• Track and report brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, sentiment, lead quality).

  optimize campaigns and strengthen narratives

  continuously.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in

  brand management, marketing, or communications

  , preferably in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven expertise in

  scaling premium/luxury brands

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  digital marketing, PR ecosystems, social media, and events

  .
• Exceptional

  storytelling and content creation skills

  across formats.
• Familiarity with

  sustainable practices, Vaastu, and cultural/spiritual design principles

  is a plus.
• Strong network of

  PR agencies, media contacts, and event partners

  .
• Analytical mindset with ability to track

  brand lift, CPL, and digital performance KPIs

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Creative eye for design and detail to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
