Role Overview-

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can elevate our presence, build stronger audience connections, and position The Wedding Company as the trusted and go-to name for weddings.


Senior Brand Manager

This is not just another brand role, it’s an opportunity to take a brand from emerging to household name.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    Shape the brand identity around our USPs
  • Flawless Planning and Execution, Professional Expertise with a Personal Touch, and Assured Value for Money.
  • Campaigns & Storytelling:

    Lead integrated campaigns (digital, influencer, PR, offline) that inspire and strengthen brand recall.
  • Consumer Insights:

    Monitor client preferences and wedding trends to shape campaigns and offerings.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations:

    Build alliances with brands, venues, and influencers to boost visibility.
  • Digital & Social Media:

    Oversee our digital presence, ensuring content is aspirational, engaging, and share-worthy.
  • Event Branding:

    Ensure all client touchpoints, starting from consultations to venue visits and planner-client meetings, reflect the brand personality. On the day of the wedding, curate memorable experiences for guests, such as thoughtfully designed giveaways, interactive installations, keepsakes, personalized welcome kits etc; so every interaction reinforces the brand and stays memorable.
  • Team & Agency Management:

    Lead in-house teams, agencies, and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Brand Awareness & Recall:

    Track and grow key metrics like share of voice, organic reach, and brand searches.
  • Budget & ROI:

    Own the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels. Drive measurable outcomes in awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years

    of proven brand management experience.
  • You have experienced the journey of building a brand from

    “unknown to known”,

    giving you clarity on where to begin, how to measure success, and what outcomes to expect.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and aspirational branding.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and offline channels.
  • Track record of creating brand impact in competitive markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven industry.
