Role Overview:

Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn

    , and other relevant channels.
  • Drive

    high-quality, intent-based lead generation

    across all clinic locations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop patient-centric ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that build trust and encourage action.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs:

    CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS, Booking Rate, Conversion Rate

    , and

    Lead Quality

    .
  • Execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Use

    Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite

    , and CRM data to track user journeys and identify drop-offs or opportunities.
  • Manage budgets across multiple locations and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly.
  • Stay compliant with digital advertising policies for healthcare while respecting privacy and patient sensitivities.
  • Keep track of competitor campaigns and fertility industry marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in

    digital performance marketing

    , ideally within the

    healthcare, wellness, or fertility sector

    .
  • Strong command of

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    lead generation funnels

    and consumer decision-making in healthcare.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in platforms like

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager

    , and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work with content and clinic teams to ensure that campaigns reflect both

    clinical accuracy

    emotional sensitivity

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a patient-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in

    multi-location performance marketing

    (geo-targeting and local campaigns).
  • Google Ads & Meta certifications.
