About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Hyderabad. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in recruitment and is skilled in background verification (BGV), sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline management. Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs Source high-quality candidates using job portals, social media, and networking Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding Own and manage employee background verification (BGV) Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience Stay current with trends in talent acquisition and recruitment technology Must-Have Qualifications MBA in HR (mandatory) 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and BGV handling Hands-on experience with candidate interviews and evaluation Familiarity with recruitment tools, portals, and ATS systems Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Preferred Skills Ability to build and nurture a long-term talent pipeline Exposure to hiring in healthcare or clinical environments is a plus Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-location organization
