• Lead and execute internal audits across departments and business functions
• Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, risk management, and compliance systems
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors to ensure audit quality
• Prepare and present audit reports with clear findings and corrective actions
• Conduct periodic and surprise audits and ensure timely closure of observations
• Stay updated with auditing standards and statutory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel
• ERP-based audits and financial risk frameworks
• Indian statutory and regulatory compliance
