Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various business verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor movements.
  • Support revenue growth through customer acquisition, customer management, and strategic partnerships.

Innovation & Strategy Support

  • Assist leadership in evaluating new business lines, diversification ideas, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for management review.
  • Support long-term planning by analysing financial trends, market data, and business performance indicators.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Track emerging opportunities in construction, environmental solutions, materials science, and waste management sectors.
  • Monitor industry regulations, market shifts, and government initiatives relevant to our business areas.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies and impact assessments for new projects or technologies.

Data Analytics & Process Coordination

  • Analyse business metrics, financial data, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—engineering, procurement, waste management, and R&D—to support project execution and business development needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams during site visits to understand operations, identify gaps, and evaluate potential improvements.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and process enhancements across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • MBA in Finance & Marketing (mandatory).

  • 2–3 years of experience

    in business development, strategy, market research, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
  • Ability to understand cross-functional processes and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience in construction, waste management, materials development, or sustainability-related domains.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, business analytics platforms, or R&D workflows.
