Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and performing market research to inform strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs. The role also involves applying analytical insights to enhance business growth and track performance metrics.

• Proven ability in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities.

• Excellent Customer Service capabilities to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in technology solutions, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
