Agency Business partner Channel | Team Hiring Role BFSI Experienced Only

Job Location:

Kolkata(All Area) , Burdwan , Durgapur, Jhargram , Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Agartala, Silchar , North Lakhimpur

We are hiring experienced professionals from the BFSI sector for a team hiring role in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of Insurance Advisors or Team Leaders
Drive business through team performance
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity
Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply:

Minimum 3+ Years of experience in the BFSI sector (Banking/Financial Services/Insurance)
At least 1 Years of Life Insurance experience is mandatory
Strong leadership and team management skills
Age: 25 to 45 years preferred
