Design Head / Principal Architect

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years

Overview:

Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Proficient in architectural software, design principles, and innovative methodologies to create functional and aesthetically appealing structures. Focused on integrating modern technology and sustainable practices to enhance efficiency, optimize resources, and drive excellence in every project.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Project Involvement:

Support the lead architect with conceptual and schematic design for ongoing projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.
Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and assist in site supervision.

2. Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project objectives
.Assist in presenting design proposals to stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for materials and technical clarifications.

3. Technical Skills & Compliance

:
Ensure design and documentation comply with applicable building codes and standard
s.Conduct research on materials, regulations, and best practices as require
d.Participate in quality assurance checks and resolve minor construction issues

4. Team Support & Developmen

t:
Mentor junior team members and interns in basic architectural processes and software use. Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and knowledge-sharing session
s. Support the implementation of new tools, including BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) and sustainable design practic

s.5. Process Improvemen

t:
Suggest process improvements for design workflows and documentati
on. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and sustainable design strategi

ns: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized universi

ty.Professional Experie

nce:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on architectural experi
ence.Exposure to all stages of project lifecycles: concept, design development, and construction supervis

on.Technical Proficie

ncy:
Competency in AutoCAD, Revit (or similar BIM software), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative
Suite. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction document
