Role Overview: We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic, and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our Office Interiors division . This is a hybrid role that combines sales, client engagement, and design collaboration . You’ll be the face of the company to prospective clients—responsible not just for driving business but also for being actively involved in shaping the spaces we deliver. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Development: Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking office interior solutions. Build strong relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, Admin Heads, and Facility Managers. Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Confidently present proposals, walkthroughs, and design concepts to clients. Own the sales cycle from pitching to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Regularly update CRM with pipeline, activity, and client insights. Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal designers and architects to translate client briefs into design concepts. Participate in design discussions, material selection, and layout planning. Support in the creation and presentation of mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations. Provide client feedback to design teams and ensure alignment throughout the design-development process. Accompany designers to site visits when needed to ensure technical and functional accuracy. Ensure client requirements are met through seamless communication between sales and design functions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2–10years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office interiors, real estate, or design/build services. Passion for design with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and design tools (basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus). Preferred Profile: Prior experience in commercial interiors or turnkey interior contracting. Ability to read floor plans and communicate basic design concepts to clients. Well-connected within the real estate, coworking, or corporate Interiors.
