As a part of APS, a Hyderabad based full-service real estate company focusing on high-performance corporate interiors, you will be involved in planning, designing, and delivering exceptional workspaces. Our integrated approach brings together design, MEP, procurement, and execution to ensure swift decision-making, transparent costs, and timely project completion to meet the increasing demand for future-ready workplaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth and maintain customer satisfaction. - Lead enterprise business development, establish and cultivate relationships with developers and companies. - Collaborate closely with Design and MEP teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and bring projects to fruition. - Utilize strong sales and account management skills to enhance business growth and client retention. - Manage and mentor sales teams effectively to achieve set objectives. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to effectively boost business growth. - Strong Account Management skills to foster enduring client partnerships. - Experience in Team Management for efficient leadership and development of sales teams. - Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategic plans. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Previous success in the corporate interiors or Design & Build (D&B) industry is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA qualification is preferred.
