You will be part of APS Property Solutions, a reputable player in retail and commercial real estate leasing. Your role as a Commercial Leasing Advisor - Business Development involves spearheading leasing transactions and fostering solid partnerships with businesses and property owners. An ideal candidate for this position should possess a background in B2B sales, commercial leasing, or real estate advisory, coupled with robust negotiation and networking abilities. Your primary responsibilities will encompass Business Development & Lead Generation. This includes identifying and nurturing new business prospects in the realm of commercial leasing, cultivating relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clientele, as well as delving into market research to discern client requirements and industry trends. You will also focus on Leasing & Advisory Services, aiding businesses in locating and securing commercial properties, negotiating lease terms and agreements, and offering insights on market trends, rental values, and location assessments. Client Relationship Management is another crucial aspect, where you will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and retailers, guiding them through the leasing process and furnishing them with strategic leasing solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in Market Analysis & Reporting, monitoring industry trends and competitors" activities, compiling reports and presentations on leasing performance, and maintaining records of leasing activities and client engagements. As for the necessary qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field, possess X years of experience in commercial leasing, business development, or B2B sales, boast a robust network within the commercial real estate sector, and exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated and results-driven approach is also highly valued.
