Job Summary:

Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and documentation of office fitout projects.
• Develop innovative and functional office layouts that optimize space utilization and align with client objectives.
• Prepare architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
• Provide guidance on material selection, sustainability, and ergonomic workplace solutions.
• Oversee the coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of office fitouts.
• Participate in design presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and solutions.
• Oversee

  Civil & Interior (C&I) finishing works

  , ensuring high-quality standards in materials, workmanship, and detailing.
• Conduct

  quality control (QC) checks

  at all project stages including finishing, installation, and handover.
• Ensure all C&I activities align with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve finishing and QC-related site issues.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, site inspection logs, and snag/defect lists, ensuring timely rectification before handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.

• 7+ years of experience

  in commercial architecture, with at least

  3+ years specializing in office fitouts

  .
• Proficiency in

  Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software

  .
• Strong understanding of

  office design principles, space planning, and workplace ergonomics

  .
• Experience working on

  corporate office spaces, coworking environments, and commercial interiors

  .
• Knowledge of

  local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects simultaneously

  while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to

  address design and construction challenges

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Familiarity with

  sustainable and environmentally conscious design approaches

  is a plus.
