Role Description

APS Design & Build is growing. I’m looking for someone who turns relationships into revenue, keeps promises, moves fast, and cares deeply about client experience. If ownership, integrity, and intensity describe how you work, we’ll get along well.

You’ve spent 8 to 15 years in Design & Build, Interiors, or GC. You know corporate interiors, you’ve closed deals, and you understand the Hyderabad ecosystem. You’re comfortable with numbers, proposals, BOQs, and negotiations. You keep a tight CRM and you follow through.

This role leads enterprise BD, builds developer and company relationships, works closely with Design and MEP, and drives proposals to closure. We reward outcomes with strong incentives and a clear leadership path.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and revenue.
• Proficient in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experienced in Team Management for leading and developing sales teams effectively.
• Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in the corporate interiors or Design & Build (D&B) industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
