Job Description

As a Residential Sales Manager and Strategist at APS Property Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading, developing, and executing residential real estate sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Leadership and Execution** - Lead and manage the residential sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Drive end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, to closure. - Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. - **Strategy and Business Development** - Develop and implement sales strategies to capture and expand market share in residential real estate. - Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales strategies proactively. - **Team Building and Coaching** - Hire, train, and mentor residential sales executives and support staff. - Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage. - Set clear KPIs for the team and ensure continuous performance management. - **Client Relationship Management** - Oversee client communications to ensure a premium service experience. - Resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and brand reputation. - Represent APS in client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 6-10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong strategic thinking, planning, and market analysis skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
