Role Description

The Residential Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities for residential real estate properties. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying and nurturing sales leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role requires collaborating with estate agents and the sales team to achieve sales goals. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate and experience working with Estate Agents
• Proven skills in Sales and achieving targets in a real estate or related industry
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and foster Customer Satisfaction
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Experience in the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
