Job Description

As a Residential Sales Manager, your role will involve driving sales and revenue growth for residential projects. You will need to identify potential tenants, build relationships, and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle. This position is particularly suitable for Hotel Management graduates with strong communication, service orientation, and interpersonal skills looking to transition their expertise into a sales leadership role. Key Responsibilities: - Convert prospects into tenants through marketing leads and referrals. - Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential tenants. - Understand tenants" preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable properties for rental. - Manage end-to-end rental sales cycles from initial inquiry to booking and documentation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and channel partners. - Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with hospitality standards. - Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for promotional campaigns and post-sales support. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Customer service orientation and relationship management. - Confidence, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset. - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. - Understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and residential property trends. - Proficiency in MS Office. Educational Qualification: - Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / or equivalent courses. Preferred Experience: - 0-2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or sales within hospitality or real estate industries. - Exposure to high-value customer interaction or premium service environments is preferred. Please note that the job is full-time for freshers and the work location is in person.,
