Job Summary:

The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for residential projects by identifying potential tenants, building relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle. This role is ideal for Hotel Management graduates with strong communication, service orientation, and interpersonal skills who wish to transition their hospitality expertise into a sales leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert prospects into tenants for residential projects through marketing leads and referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential tenants.
  • Understand tenants preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable properties for rental.
  • Manage end-to-end rental sales cycles — from initial inquiry to booking and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for promotional campaigns and post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / or equivalent courses.

Preferred Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or sales within hospitality or real estate industries.
  • Exposure to high-value customer interaction or premium service environments preferred.
