As a Sales Manager at Sobha Limited, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Cold call potential clients and schedule site visits. - Conduct project walkthroughs and clearly explain offerings. - Coordinate effectively with CRM and post-sales teams. - Achieve site visit and booking targets consistently. - Handle premium Sobha residential projects. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 2 years of Residential Real Estate Sales experience. - Minimum graduate in any discipline. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Good network of Channel Partners (CP). - Background in Builder firm or CP firm strongly preferred. - Willingness to work weekends and driven by sales targets. - CRM exposure (Salesforce preferred).
