Sales Manager We are looking for passionate and goal-oriented individuals with a flair for sales to join our dynamic team. If you're a driven self-starter with a love for real estate and building client relationships, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: ● Acquire, engage, and close deals with clients in the luxury real estate segment. ● Manage client relationships and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. ● Meet individual sales targets consistently. ● Stay informed on project updates, competitor offerings, and market trends. Qualifications: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of sales closures ● Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ● Self-driven and adaptable with a customer-first approach. ● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Team Lead – Luxury Real Estate Sales This is a leadership position for seasoned professionals who can drive performance, lead high-performing teams, and scale revenue in the luxury housing segment. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets. ● Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury real estate projects. ● Expand market presence through channel partners, direct sales, and corporate engagements. ● Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to boost productivity and morale. ● Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. ● Drive high-value negotiations and ensure efficient closure of deals with proper compliance. Key Requirements: ● Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including 3+ years in managing a team ● Deep understanding of Bangalore’s luxury real estate landscape. ● Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. ● MBA preferred; bachelor’s in business, Marketing, or related field required.
